SEA BREAM AND ONION CEVICHE

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 kg sea bream fillet
  • 1 red onion
  • half a cucumber
  • 2 limes
  • 60 g ginger
  • 5 stalks of coriander
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • green Tabasco
  • salt

Method:

  1. Cut the sea bream into small cubes. Keep in the fridge.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion and ginger. Peel and finely dice the cucumber.
  3. Mix the juice from the limes with a pinch of salt. Add the olive oil and a dash of Tabasco.
  4. Mix all the ingredients just before serving and sprinkle with coriander.
