Didier got his first taste of what it was like to work as a winemaker at a young age by spending time with his grandfather and by joining his parent while they worked out among the vines. A true Champenois through and through, these shared moments shaped his love of wine and his terroir. Driven by his passion and a sense of duty, he threw everything he had into following the same path as his ancestors.

Gifted with an incredibly curious nature, his studies took him across Champagne and then to other famous wine regions, like Bourgogne. Thanks to these experiences, he successfully passed a range of exams in oenology and viticulture.
